Now imagine having to test every set of numbers to figure out how to represent every skill and then figuring out which skills each character have and manually do those binary -> hex conversion for every set of numbers to create values for each character to have a "unlock all skills" cheat.
Through brute forcing (testing different values), I can see that it represents the skills: The first two digits, B6, when converted to binary is 10110010. When you don't have a 100% save to work with things get a lot more time consuming since you end up having to try a bunch of different values in Cheat Engine to figure out.
The fact I can't seem to find a tutorial or anything is honestly kind of surprising.
